We have some exciting updates for the Oct 11th event!
- We have added a dedicated theater type space! We have seating for 300 and a 16x9 screen! This is a separate space from the social area we occupied in June.
- We have added community org spaces for orgs to represent!
- And, this is notice that the early bird tickets will go offline on midnight of August 31st – so, just a couple more days to get the early bird tickets!
- As a reminder CIG will be in attendance and will be handing out the cards with the in game Vanduul skulls and ships will be given away.
- There will be some other giveaway items, at least one 29” long Kraken, potentially, some other 3D printed ships, and we are working on some other giveaway items.
Also, we will have a pre and post - presentation show featuring Paul – The AstroPub/Historian, Beyond the Verse, and DeeJay Knight!
I know we were all at this venue in June – but, this time we have more space, we contractually secured additional bartenders, a bartender for the roll up bar for the social area, and our own pizza oven on the same side as the social area!
