A Texas-sized watch party where Beyond the Verse and TheAstroPub yell at spaceships on a giant screen, CIG devs hide among the crowd, VR rigs transport you to the 'Verse, LAN warriors battle for snacks, and your kids are too busy in the arcade to notice you bought another ship.
CIG's Community Team will be attending/supporting our event!
Early tickets are $15 until Aug 31st!
After Aug 31st tickets will be $20.
Spouses and children are welcome to attend without a ticket as long as they do not plan on watching the live stream. All persons watching the live stream must be ticket holders as seating is limited.
Tickets will cover the funds needed to secure the event and associated costs. Any funds left over will remain in the Texas Bar Citizens account for future events.
Our event will be hosted by Texas' very own Beyond the Verse and Paul - the
Astro Historian!
- A 1000w sound system
- A 16’x9’ screen to watch the live stream (might be smaller depending upon the venue wall measurements that will be taken at a later date)
- Event Emcee’s
by co-hosts:
- Beyond the Verse
- Paul – The Astro Pub / Historian
- VR-SC-Chachi Sanchez will bring his VR Citizen cockpit
- A BYOC / LAN party!
The Venue – Pinballz Lake Creek will have the following amenities:
- An adult bar (same bar as June 14th)
- A separate beer/draft beer bar facing the theater area (roll up bar that was previously closed)
- A pizza oven so attendees can order pizza at the adult bar
- 5% off on all attractions and games
